FreePdf is a simple utility to permanently rotate or merge existing PDF's from your computer. Most free programs like Adobe Reader will not allow you to save the file in a new orientation. It allows specific page numbers to be manipulated and allows you to choose the output path and rotate or merge multiple pdf's in bulk, not one by one.
